Outstanding interpersonal skills are a must given the seniority of our clients, as is the ability to work with discretion
A typical Aczel profile would include many of the following:
- 15+ years’ experience in aerospace, defence, security, space, infrastructure or industrial products
- Line or consulting responsibility for driving strategy or operational delivery programmes
- Business unit or line leadership, programme director or consulting leadership experience
- Accreditation to recognised industry or technical standards
- MBA or other postgraduate qualification in business, economics or management
- For our defence clients, security clearance is a requirement which we can sponsor
