    A typical Aczel profile would include many of the following:

    • 15+ years’ experience in aerospace, defence, security, space, infrastructure or industrial products
    • Line or consulting responsibility for driving strategy or operational delivery programmes
    • Business unit or line leadership, programme director or consulting leadership experience
    • Accreditation to recognised industry or technical standards
    • MBA or other postgraduate qualification in business, economics or management
    • For our defence clients, security clearance is a requirement which we can sponsor
